how to reduce fat in our body

Today the most common problem faced by many among us is obesity (ie) having extra fat in out body which leads to many complications such as heart alignment,Diabetes apart from others.

There is a simple way thru which we can melt the fat in our body.

Daily after Dinner we need to walk for 15 minutes and then take 2 fresh betal leaves ,wrap it and put 4 to 5 pieces of pepper in it and chew it well.
If you feet it is too hot then afterwards you can drink butter milk.

Pepper helps in melting the fat.Slowly you will become thin.

Please do not over eat.Please do not eat rice at night.Eat light food
